We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Isabel Harvey. However,
you have 14 days to return your item(s) for store credit. Returns must be postmarked
within fourteen (14) days of the original receipt. With your return, please complete
and enclose the Merchandise
Return Form and a copy of your original receipt. After 14 days Isabel Harvey
does not accept returns or exchanges.
Additionally, if an item is defective within the first thirty (30) days of your
purchase, Isabel Harvey agrees to repair (if possible) or replace it (with same
item or similar item) at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to abnormally
harsh use (indicated by large scratches, gouges and/or abrasions).
